Terms & Conditions

Changes:

You will receive 3 samples of the marketing element you are having designed. Once a sample is selected, tell us if you want any changes to that sample. Once a solid decision is made on the design you want, that design is reserved for you and only you. Other changes past this point may result to an addition fee depending on the complexity of the design.

Payments:

*Full payment is always required for your printing once you approve the design work.

As a way to motivate ourselves and ensure quality in our designs, 50% of the quoted price is due, once an agreement has been reached between you and Cogz Designs, to begin a project. The rest of the quoted price is due upon completion of your project. All deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the rights to all designs until full payment has been met.

*Projects costing $200.00 or less require 100% deposit.

Updates:

Updating your projects is only $30/hr unless a different agreement has been reached upon by you and your sales representative at Cogz Designs.

Our Rights:

If you are having a website designed, we will have a link to your website at all times as long as you are using the design assigned to your account by Cogz Designs. We will showcase all other design elements on our website as a way to market ourselves.

In the event that you change your design to any other than that designed by Cogz Designs, we reserve the right to showcase our work on our website. Special agreements can be agreed upon by contacting us at info@cogzdesigns.com or contacting your representative at Cogz Designs.
